Terms of Service

1. Service

PWRADZ provides promotion campaigns, clearly labelled traffic exchange, optional partner tasks, analytics, subscriptions and promotional rewards. Exchange traffic is not organic search traffic and no ranking, revenue or conversion result is guaranteed.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, secure your credentials, be legally able to contract and use only one account unless approved. Automated account creation, identity deception and evading enforcement are prohibited.

3. Campaigns

You must control or be authorised to promote each destination. Malware, phishing, deceptive downloads, unlawful goods, hate, exploitation, infringement and forced or undisclosed engagement are prohibited. PWRADZ may review, pause or reject campaigns.

4. Payments and credits

Subscriptions are paid in fiat. Earned, bonus, referral and offerwall credits cannot pay membership fees and have no cash value unless explicitly labelled cash. Individual promotion products may accept eligible promotional credits.

5. Refunds and reversals

Unused fiat purchases may be refundable where required by law. Delivered promotion and consumed digital services are generally non-refundable where lawful. Chargebacks, provider reversals and fraud may reverse credits and rewards.

6. Availability and termination

The service may change or experience downtime. We may restrict accounts to protect users, advertisers or the platform. Cancellation normally applies at the end of the paid period.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
